Mr. Usher is a senior engineer and project manager with 21 years of construction project management and geotechnical engineering experience. His construction project management and geotechnical engineering experience includes storm water management, grading, asphalt pavement, bridge, cellular communication tower sites, and landfill projects. Mr. Usher’s primary area of practice is geotechnical engineering and CQA services for Subtitle D Municipal Solid Waste Landfills. He has experience in construction quality assurance inspection, testing and reporting, geotechnical explorations, and construction consulting for landfill facilities. He has coordinated services for landfill facility owners, contractors, and subcontractors including field exploration, laboratory testing, and engineering analyses. He also has experience in landfill geomembrane, geosynthetic clay liner, and low permeability soil liner installation, and final closure construction. Mr. Usher has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, is a Professional Engineer in AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, and VA, and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Mr. Usher enjoys jogging, listening to music, and watching Clemson football and baseball. He lives in Easley, SC with his wife and three children.
